Self-care and Self-efficacy



Self-care is one of the basic prerequisites for staying healthy and effective, not only in stressful times.

On these evenings and mornings, we will explore the diverse possibilities for developing self-care and successfully integrating it into our daily lives. We will also examine the internal and external obstacles we encounter along the way and explore our personal vision of self-efficacy.
We make contact with long-forgotten or not yet stabilized sources of strength and explore what prevents us from treating ourselves with love and care.
Often, we already know what would be good for us, but we don't prioritize it or we get stuck in unhealthy behavior patterns. What's holding us back? How can we change this? Are we even allowed to do this? Are we worth it?
We approach these and many other questions with the help of structural and family
constellations, work with the inner family and our inner parts, as well as elements of painting and art therapy. In addition, we learn breathing techniques, energy balancing exercises, and other effective methods that can support us on our path.
